Our History...

On July 6, 1970, Northside Hospital opened its doors, beginning a new era of
excellence in regional medical care.

Beginning with 250 beds, a 24-hour emergency department, 80 physicians and more
than 400 professionals, Northside Hospital grew along with the community.
Today...

Northside Hospital is the proud recipient of the Consumer Choice Award 2005 as
Most Preferred for All Health Care Needs by the National Research
Corporation. With more than 1,700 physicians and 4,500 employees serving more
than 430,000 patients annually, Northside Hospital provides medical services on
multiple campuses, providing quality health care to North Metro Atlanta.
