Northside’s Emergency Services Departments provide high-quality and compassionate care 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Whether you arrive because of broken bones or a heart attack, our certified and specially trained physicians and nurses are committed to providing you the highest level of emergency care in a safe environment.
We dedicate ourselves to bringing you excellent emergency care by:
- Streamlining the Admissions process
- Offering private patient triage areas and comfortable treatment rooms
- Using the latest monitoring and imaging equipment
- Utilizing Health Express, a fast-track minor illness and injury treatment center
- Offering a Clinical Decision Unit (CDU) for outpatient observation
- Communicating with your friends and family, as available, progress updates on your diagnosis and treatment
Many of our emergency service patients are treated and discharged. Your ER doctor may tell you to “follow-up” with your regular doctor. However, you can still expect innovative and unsurpassed care if your stay requires hospital admission or surgery.
