Phase III – Once you have completed Phase II, Phase III is a safe way to maintain your cardiovascular fitness in a supervised setting. Available in Forsyth.
Medically Supervised Exercise Program – This program is designed for individuals who have not experienced a cardiac event, but who have cardiac risk factors such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol or diabetes. It is also open to those who do not have cardiac risk factors but wish to participate in a medically supervised exercise program. Available in Forsyth.
